We collect the information you enter in quote, service, contact, and referral forms, along with documents you choose to upload. Depending on your request, this may include your name, contact details, address, date of birth, household and driver information, vehicle or property details, insurance history, policy information, and coverage preferences. We also keep records of our communications with you.

Provide only information needed for your request. If you submit information about another person, make sure you have permission to share it. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unrelated medical information in general messages or attachments. Call us if you need help sending a sensitive document.

How we use and share information

We use your information to respond to you, compare insurance options, prepare quotes, handle service requests, maintain agency records, and protect our website from misuse. We may share relevant information with insurance carriers and other insurance professionals involved in your request, and with providers that help us host the website, manage customer records, deliver communications, and process documents. These services include our AgencyZoom customer management system.

Optional address and vehicle lookup tools may send the address or vehicle identification number you enter to a lookup provider when you use those tools. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect against fraud and security threats.

This notice covers our website. Insurance carriers and other providers may give you separate privacy notices for their services. It does not replace any insurance privacy notice or consent required for your policy or transaction.

Browser storage and technical information

Some forms save unfinished answers in your browser so you can return to them on the same device. Those drafts can remain after you close the page. We also save your motion preference in browser storage. You can remove this information by clearing this website's stored data in your browser settings. Avoid saving drafts on a shared or public device.

On our long quote form, once you enter your name and a phone number or email, we also save your answers on our own server as you go, so our team can help if you call before you finish. Saved answers are encrypted, and only signed-in Campbell Insurance staff can view them. We don't contact you about a quote you haven't submitted. Saved answers are deleted 90 days after your last change, or 90 days after you submit, and choosing Clear form deletes them right away.

Selecting an attachment may upload it before you submit the complete form. Clearing browser data does not delete files or requests already sent to us. Our website and hosting or security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the service.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages they view, how they found us, when they tap a phone number link, and when a form is submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit. We do not send the answers you type into our forms to Google Analytics.

Retention depends on the type of record and the requirements that apply to it.

You can choose to call us instead of submitting a website form. Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or exercise privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Legal recordkeeping requirements or an ongoing insurance transaction may limit what we can delete. You can also tell us your communication preferences; we may still need to send information about a request or policy you have asked us to handle.

This website is intended for adults seeking insurance assistance. If a child has sent us information without a parent or guardian's permission, contact us so we can address it.
